On a sunny Friday afternoon, Encore headed east on the Link 2 Line to tour two of our recently completed projects: Copal Bellevue and The Piper! Encore’s architecture and art tour was then capped off by a stop at Postdoc Brewing and Pagliacci’s Pizza to complete our alliterative adventure!
Developed by Legacy Partners, Copal Apartments provides 288 units and lush roof decks in the BelRed Arts District, anchoring the corner across from the BelRed Light Rail Station.
A short hop away, The Piper apartments, developed by Quarterra, provides 284 units and an integrated art walk a block away from the Marymoor Village Light Rail Station.
