Reaching the Top

A significant milestone has been achieved at Quarterra’s 3020 NE 45th Street project. Compass Construction recently completed installation of the roof on the first of the development’s three residential buildings, marking an important step forward in construction progress.

With work continuing across the site, the project remains on track for completion in the third quarter of 2028. This achievement reflects the dedication and collaboration of the project team as the vision for this vibrant new community continues to take shape.
