We toured our recently completed Broadstone Strata project, completed with Alliance Residential Company in the Ravenna neighborhood in Seattle, WA. Located on 49^th Street between University Village and University of Washington’s Nordheim Court, Strata adds 294 residential units to this bustling retail core, with easy access to boutique stores, restaurants, the Burke Gilman Trail, and the University of Washington light rail station.
