We’re employee-owned, with licensed architects making up 100% of our shareholders. But our work is personally-owned, too. Every architect is involved from beginning to end on their projects — from designs, to drawings, to specs. This individual ownership results in stronger client relationships, better documentation, and a firm-wide ethos of long-term thinking.

Our horizontal structure means that we share responsibility within project teams, rather than relying on a formal hierarchy to make decisions. And we keep project teams small to assure more 1:1 relationships, both with clients and with each other.
