SKY Apartments

Guided by the vision of a detailed neighborhood plan, The SKY Apartments embrace a variety of urban design goals through the thoughtful use of form and program. In response to the site context, the overall design uses various massing techniques to transition the surrounding neighborhood scale from high density commercial to lower density residential. The incorporation of a raised central courtyard not only maximizes natural day-light exposure, but also works to reduce the presence of the structure by breaking it into two distinct volumes.
