Concordia University Student Housing

This small private university in northeast Portland added 250 beds to its campus housing, with a cluster of three new residence halls. The 70,000 sf combination includes two person dormitory rooms, two and four bedroom apartments and common spaces which create a central plaza for outdoor gathering. These buildings form a new destination between the future library and the new eastern hub of the campus, expanding the pedestrian traffic and vibrancy of student life.
